-Managing and controlling all tasks and
activities of the project at all stages and conditions in order to ensure delivering project’s outcomes within the required timeframe, budget and
quality.
-Studying and analyzing project’s contract
documents and developing execution plans and programs, as well as supervising
work execution and using various time management tools and methods to control
changes to project’s schedule.
-Preparing project’s budget, approving
subcontractors, material submittal and control payments to subcontractors.
-Monitoring and controlling work activates to
ensure that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner, undertaken in compliance with all contractual requirements and executes at the
required performance level.
-Developing key performance indicators to
measure the overall performance against the project goals and meet client’s expectations in a timely and professional manner.
-Reviewing reports regarding on-site
operations to ensure that standards of building performance, quality,cost,schedules,and safety are maintained,in additional to testing and inspecting project’s elements to ensure compliance with requirements.
