1. Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule ( Balance sheet - Income statement and closing accounts)
2. Experience of writing accounts books and dealing with Banks and submit the weekly financial reports.
3. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
4. Prepare monthly account reconciliations and report on variances
5. Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis Assist with financial and tax audits
6. Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
7. Revision of payroll, salary taxes, social insurance deductions and payment prepared by the accountants.
8. Participation in preparing the quarter trial balances and its accounting analysis.
9. Supervising the collection of the outstanding invoices from the clients and preparing the appropriate claims against overdue balances
