Ensuring the smooth linking between the departments in terms
of documents cycle, expenses data entry &reports of monthly expenses Responsible
for the preparation of different forms in terms of review, insuring signatures are
made & delivering to the different departments e.g. Application for
business meals - travel expenses - application for visiting the plant - Holiday
application - Delegation memo - petty cash - mission (for sales members)-
requirement request, Responsible for follow up on Managers medical expenses to
be collected & sent to the company doctor via Human Resources Department, Set
up and maintain filing systems . Schedule appointments, give information to
callers, take dictation, and otherwise relieve officials of clerical work and
minor administrative and business detail, Read and route incoming mail. Locate
and attached appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
Conduct research, and compile and type statistical reports, Coordinate and arrange
meeting, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and
transcribe minutes of meetings, Arranges interviews and make any necessary
arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests .
Screening on HR mail , Recruitment and
selection process, Participate in the recruitment process to meet the company
objectives . Conducting initial interviews with the potential applicants to meet
the departmental hiring needs, searching for the potential candidate throughout
different sources. Building a database of resumes that support recruitment
process.
Handling the searching, screening and selection process for CVs and preparing
shortlists Accordingly, Select and recruit the best candidates who meet the
company standards and Represent the company in different events and fairs.
