Under the line management of the Project Manager, the POEI will be full-time dedicated to the coaching and the support of youth with disabilities and to the capacity building of the project partner, a Disabled People Organisation. Its main role will be to support the partner to develop organizational and technical skills necessary to effectively promote access to social services and livelihood/employment opportunities for YWDs, including through the creation and management of an Information and Referral Center, and to engage local stakeholders for supporting inclusion process.
