Based in New Cairo, you directly report to the Country Manager and are accountable for the overall performance of the Group activities within the country.
In line with this role, you will be expected to fulfill the following assignments :
- Be responsible for the country P&L including planning and measuring of financial performance and control of costs,
- Maximize sales process, profitability and performance to meet your Business Unit ambitious short-term growth,
- Manage and drive an existing team and recruit talents in the scope of a strong development,
- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment,
- Ensure high and long-term customer satisfaction,
- Plan and provide monthly business reviews with the Country Manager and create relevant action plans.
