- Responsible for all the statutory compliances related to corporate tax, sales tax, withholding tax, payroll tax.
- Manage the banking relationships, bank reconciliation, cash flows and the forex management.
- Ensure compliance to company policies.
- Ensure correctness of monthly MIS, the same to be prepared and issued as per timelines.
- Responsible for receivables management including compliance to the credit policy in that regard.
- Responsible for payroll checking and to ensure its correctness.
- Exercise control on all the marketing & sales related expenses inside as well as outside SAP.
