Chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the after sale maintenance center operation to effectively achieve the installation & maintenance KPIs & customer satisfaction
- Improve Branch / Franchises performance
- Plan and monitor expenses of branch and help franchises managers to monitor it for facilitate daily work orders
- Plan exchange dates of spare parts & investigate faulty spare parts replaced in warranty between branch and franchises.
- Participate in inventory planning for branch &franchises in coordination with area manager
- Approve discount rates for customer satisfaction according to the policy and the given authority of the position
- Assure accuracy of the supply of revenue per day in coordination with the branch’s accountant.
- Plan periodic visits to franchises.
