I. Purpose:
To devise, articulate and implement the marketing strategy that promotes Sesame club image in the society, ensuring social awareness of the Nurseries and stores by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for services and stores.
Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Develops and recommends events that creates awareness in the preschool market service seekers.
Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitor news, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with services influencers and key strategic partners (schools, clubs, corporate deals...etc)
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to General manager.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all branches and stores, promotional materials, and events.
Represents company at media, fairs, festivals...etc.
Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Assists other departments within organization to prepare printed materials, parties, publications etc.
Plan and execute Sesameclub magazine for internal use.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of five years related experience.
LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Effective ability to communicate in English orally or in written form with co-management, internal and external customers.
Good Computer Skills, Power point, excel, preferably photoshop.
REASONING ABILITY
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
