We are Seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer to follow up and be responsible for all mechanical components and subcontractors inside CFC. Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following :
* Ensure the effective operations of all mechanical components of CFC (infrastructure and common areas) for domestic water, irrigation water, drainage, water features, generators, elevators
* Closely monitor and manage the maintenance performed by service providers for the above networks and facilities
* Plan and monitor spare parts and material required for operation of the mechanical components
* Handle and execute client requests and complaints as received from Help desk
* Available outside working hours (on call during off hours)
About You
As a Mechanical Engineer, you need to demonstrate the following Experiences, Qualities & Skills :
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience:
* 8 years' experience in operation and maintenance of mechanical systems; especially for large scale developments or large hotels.
* Working knowledge of operations and maintenance of HVAC equipment - DCP experience is a must.
* Up-to-date with the recent technologies of the mentioned systems.
