• Responsible for the preparation of cash flows on the basis of detailed estimated cost and time schedule approved by the Department General Manager • Responsible for preparing cash flows • Responsible for setting up detailed time schedule for each phase • Responsible for following -up projects during various implementation periods • Responsible for comparing what has been actually implemented with the time schedule planned. • Responsible for preparing equipments’ controlling reports. • Responsible for preparing and submitting periodical reports • Responsible for determining indicator of productivity incentive for each project • Responsible for comparing the actual cost of implementation with planned cost • Responsible for calculating direct and indirect expenses concerning the implementation in the project.
