The Opportunity
In this role, you will be an IT professional services consultant who will be responsible for setting up, fine-tuning, and maintaining integration environments. You will focus on client interaction, requirement handling, and preparing design specifications. The role requires someone with strong technical skills, but interpersonal and business acumen are also crucial for success. A successful consultant will have excellent French and English verbal and written communication skills and be able to interface with customers to explain results. You will carry out unit testing activities and compare results to expected findings.
 
Responsibilities
- Customer Care - Complete ownership of communication with customers and customer success.
- Communication - Communicate with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues.
- Management - Work with difficult customers effectively and professionally, seeking help from senior staff and forums and other available resources.
- Requirement Analysis - Document, analyze and estimate requirements based on customer needs.
- Process & Methodology - Crosstrain on multiple technologies and work with databases (ORACLE, MS SQL, Progress RDBMS) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Travel - Communication with global team members and occasionally traveling onsite to client sites in the EU and the United States.
 
Total compensation is US$25/hr for a full-time, 40-hour work week
