1. Implement the coverage plan as per a designed journey plan on daily basis as per account’s planned coverage cycle to ensure we achieve competitive edge in all outlets
2. Spend 100% of his/her time in the field (customers outlets). His/Her roles involves covering number of outlets set by his/her direct manager within a specific journey plan
3. Placement of orders to ensure availability of company brands with sufficient quantities on the shelves & secondary displays, store warehouse to prevent out of stock
4. Establish professional relationship with all staff member ( shelf boys, warehouse staff, and store managers.) in the outlets to ensure good representation of the company's ethics and values
5. The Merchandiser Sales Rep is totally responsible for any merchandising responsibilities. He/She should also report any new competitive activity to his/her direct manager.
6. Implement the contractual agreements and planograms to ensure superior in store presence in all outlets
7. Understand and deploy all Picture of Success to ensure that his work is in line with company's objectives
8. Ensure the efficient use of all available point-of-sale materials at all times to achieve differentiated competitive edge
9. Implement monthly activities as per direct manage brief to ensure achieving channel objectives
10. Submit daily report to his/her direct managers containing discrepancies (Distribution, Shelving, Display, Pricing), competitive activities and summary of daily work to identify in store opportunities and resolve them on the spot if possible.
