The incumbent will be required to manage administration of technical service work in SAP system handling all related activities. He / She will be required to manage the invoicing and record keeping of customer financial operations with Technical Service entity.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical administration for FSO Area in all aspects related to field service activities i.e. TPMS services, contracts, Staff On-loan, Re-billing, FSEs Overtime report, MRK, Installation Projects, claims, Tecnical Issues, Invoicing and internal activities.
- Reduce lead time to invoice and ensure that the invoicing is completed as per KPI.
- Approve FSEs Work reports and Expenses and solve related system issues.
- Update, maintain and improve service reporting quality by engineers.
- Adhere to book closing deadline and make sure to capture all cost and revenue.
- Train new FSEs and TS Management of how to use system, new process, release notes …..etc.
- Use Tetra Pak systems, tools and visual management to facilitate daily work, area improvement, extract reports, achieve results.
- Highlight issues to management and drive for solutions.
- Share best practices and support other service admin in Service Operation Team.
- Execute market alignment with OFSP Process in Cluster GMEA level and global standards.
