• To run a SM monitoring team resource and able to work with MENA Client/ sales teams and to satisfy clients projects / requirements.
• Provide status reporting of team activities against the schedule & submit their findings to immediate manager and any other agreed party as requested.
• To follow and implement all Company policies and procedures as required form their management.
• Ensure that the team members have the necessary training and information to deliver effectively.
• To manage costs of dept. and ensure that the team is operating profitably in terms of the costs v revenue.
• Work in conjunction with Cairo Operations Director in reference to staff scheduling/ office requirements etc.
• Manage team members in terms of job performance, and also managing holidays, absences etc
• Be able to serve as a resource and content expert to team members; providing them with guidance and being available to answer questions to clarify the work activities.
• Lead by setting a good example (role model) in terms of behavior, respect and use of language.
• Coach and help develop team members on a knowledge and personal level.
• Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve any interface or integration issues with other teams
• Provide guidance to the team based on management directions
• Motivate and inspire team members and maintain healthy group dynamics
