An opportunity has emerged for a Talent Management Specialist at Assess Talent Management, an award-winning dynamic start-up company that specializes in psychometric testing and talent management products and services. The main responsibilities include:
- • Build psychometric tests in line with test objectives and specifications and publish them to the testing system.
- Develop psychometric test reports and report narratives.
- Produce tools and resources for individual development planning and career development.
- Conduct talent management research with focus on test product development.
- Conduct competency profiling and other needs assessment methods to identify and prioritize organizational development needs.
- Liaise with clients to develop and manage the test publishing process.
- Design, develop, implement and evaluate various talent management programs based on best practices and industry trends.
- Test software for administering, scoring and interpreting testing system and client exams.
- Ensure the highest quality standards for all tests and testing materials.
- Evaluate and recommend adoption of existing change, process improvement, and project management methodologies.
- Assist with design and facilitation of learning and development solutions to support strategic initiatives. Assist in group facilitation, training and presentation to various organizational audiences related to enhanced tools and processes.
- Proactively plan for attaining future goals.
- May take a lead role in managing and completing special projects.
- Effective and timely completion of personal objectives and requested reports in accordance with management requirements.
