Quantity Survey know how (Survey items’ quantities before the implementation phase). • Monitor project’s time plan & schedule. • Preparing Interim Payment. • Prepare / Review shop drawings • Follow-up drawings amendments during the implementation process. • Preparation of As Built-drawings. • Study the contract and its specifications, procurement request, requests of contract and appropriations. • Prepare a proposed plan for arranging the document control and correspondence between the owner, the company and the subcontractors and get the Technical Office Approval to be implemented during the project.
