Summary/Objective
The telesales representative position is responsible for making cold calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet cross-organizational sales goals.
Essential Functions
1. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
2. Manage leads by tracking and following up on them.
3. Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
4. Produce activity reports.
5. Work with direct sales to cross-generate leads.
