§ Administer the operation of electrical contractors.
§ Handle repairs and maintenance in case of malfunctioning or hazards
occurring in electricity units, systems or networks.
§ Examine electrical equipment specifications and availability and
ensure they are appropriately installed.
§ Conduct The Company electrical investigations to detect problems or
issues.
§ Handle the modification and improvement projects in electrical
systems, units and networks.
§ Analyze the consumption of electrical services provided to hotels
and developers ensuring technical consistency with contractual agreement.
§ Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work and provide periodic log reports of
electricity maintenance works and deficiencies.
