• Actions affect work unit achievements on a daily basis
• Solves day-to-day problems relative to work expectations and accountabilities
• Decisions require selecting from among established approaches, processes, and procedures
• Oversee the quality of the work done by auditors and keep track of his area retail shops.
• Assign auditors under his supervision so as to improve their performance in terms of quality and productivity.
• Supervise on a daily basis the work done by auditors and be in a position to assess them.
• Provide a crucial link between the Field Coordinator and the field team.
• Help the Field Coordinator to organise the audit operation and assist the audit Field Coordinator in determining working schedules for audits. (i.e. auditors’ visiting program)
• Track and document each auditor’s field performance through performance reports that will be submitted to the Field Coordinator.
• Maintain and safeguard target sample structure.
• Arrange the delivery of the gifts to the Field Office and distribute them to each auditor.
• Maintain and expand relations with retail shop owners.
• Carry out assigned percentage of checking of audited work (call backs / accompany / spot-checks)
• Recruit and train new and existing auditors.
• To ensure smooth functioning of auditors it is necessary to organize the following control methods: editing of auditors’ questionnaires, spot-checking, accompanying of auditors, call backs
• Train, evaluate and monitor productivity of auditors.
• Recruit retail shops to be included in the retail audit
• Ensure brand lists are up to date
• Ensure data arrive at the office on schedule
