• Sales Team Leader is reporting directly to Managing Director,
• Assist in identifying and setting sales strategy and setting up sales plan in order to chieve Assigned sales targets
• Providing detailed sales action plan to insure target achievement every month / Quarter and annual .
• Support, motivate, coach direct reporting team member to achieve individual and team targets
• Supervise daily activities closely with H.R department to solve compliance, attendance, attitude issues
• Preferable telecom or I.T industry experience
