The company is looking for highly motivated energetic person for the position of Project
Manager helping mobile operators to launch and maintain new mobile services based on Opencode technology.
Responsibilities:
•Delivery planning, preparation, execution, monitoring and controlling according to contractual scope and budget
•Owner of the Project Plan and its milestones (internal and customer)
•Owner of the Project Checklist aligned to contractual requirements
•Organization of internal and customer acceptance procedures
•Organization of lessons learned debrief sessions helping continuous improvement
•Account management, risk management, technical follow-up, preparation of customer requirements, specifications and change requests
•Organization of onsite activities (engineering, training, other and participate if needed)
•Ensure project delivery on-time and as per contractual obligations
•Ensure up-to-date and high quality documentation
•Ensure company/product documentation benefits from specific customer documentation and experience
•Work internally with Project, Service Creation, Engineering, R&D and Sales teams
•Build and maintain strong customer relationship through kind and professional communication
•Ensure full Customer satisfaction while preserving the Company
•Early identification and escalation of specific project risks and necessities
•Identify and escalate sales needs
•Responsible for project Scope-of-Work documentation and technical appendixes
•Presales Support (participate in sales tenders, proposals, meetings, documentation preparation)
