Manages and coordinates large and/or complex design production projects through all phases after the concept stage.
Provides leadership for the office by managing, coordinating, and developing staff.
Operates with significant independence and minimal supervision to accomplish on-hand projects on time and budget.
Maintain effective, proven, quality control systems to ensure top quality design process and final product.
Manage the day to day activities of the office (i.e. finance, HR, IT, Admin, etc)
Regularly communicate with senior management at corporate head office in Jeddah.
Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting the internal and external client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
Manages program of projects and project managers within Cairo Office to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
In cooperation with the Senior Vice President & Resources Director, develops annual budget for Cairo Office in terms of Human and Capital requirements.
Is responsible for interfacing with appropriate levels of management to obtain funding approval signatures.
Monitors work progress for each project, provides financial control, and ensures quality of output.
Manage the Technical and non-Technical team including administrative support.
Works cooperatively with and ensures that projects managers/coordinators and section heads work cooperatively with the appropriate Head Office team members to clarify specific needs and requirements of assigned project, and keeps the Head Office Technical and/or Resources Directors up-to-date on project status throughout process.
