- Performing literature surveys, internet research, and feasibility studies for the development of drug formulations within Hikma R&D function
- Retrieving information from various sources on drug and formulation pharmacokinetics
- Performing pre-formulation activities on drugs under development while ensuring alignment of activities with best practices
- Performing trials and assisting in the development of drug formulations
- Reviewing R&D and Analytical Research (AR) reports to check stability of developed products while implementing modifications as well as finding solutions
- Preparing daily and weekly summaries (in compliance with GMP and GLP) illustrating progress, and evaluating results of undertaken laboratory trials
- Writing development reports and other supporting documents needed for drug product registration
- Operating all relevant machinery and instrumentation according to the respective SOPs
