HR specialist’s job is to work as a supportive and cooperative Human Resources team member providing the best potential customer service, with specific knowledge in the budget management, civil service, and administration activities of the Human Resources department. The main responsibility of HR specialist is to provide information to certified and substitute employees regarding regulations and policies, providing general support, addressing a broad variety of issues, maintaining files, databases, records of actions of personnel, evaluations, and tenure. •Handle the entire HR Function on site for all HR issues. •Developing good relationship between expatriate & local employees. •Able to deal with local employees and create understanding of company functions, policies and procedures •Industrial Relations (hearings, grievances, court cases) •Effective Performance Management on site. •Assisting the Group HR Manager with the formulation and implementation of Human Resources policies and activities in order to provide effective advice and counseling to the Managers and staff. •Assisting with development of all HR Policies and Procedures. •Recruitment. •Remuneration and payroll •HR Staff Management & Site HR Office •HR Reports •Legal advice •Expatriate relocation program
