To manage and track all warehouse inventories to ensure accurate reporting in all stores, analyse data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the merchandise cycle with planning, sales, stock and margin information.
* Tracks defective pieces of inventory, rates of return, rates of purchase, and rates of accuracy
* Validates all inventory transactions (purchases, receiving, transfers, sales)
* Design and prepare inventory reports (sales reports, stock movement reports, stock position reports)
* Coordinates and manages periodical physical cycle counts and reconciles actual counts reports
* Monitors inventory levels and ensures quantities that appear in the system are accurate
* Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles if actual counts reports
About You
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent
Demonstrated Excel proficiency
ERP experience. SAP is a plus
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Job-Specific Skills:
Excellent knowledge of inventory control procedures
Behavioural Competencies :
Good communication skills, both written and oral
