A big Paramedical/Medical Supplies company located in Cairo is looking for an Executive Manager with the following tasks and requirements:
Job Tasks:
- Participate in setting company's long-term and short-term objectives
- Provide strategic direction including development and implementation of vision, plans, policies and strategies to support profitable growth of the company
- Develop operational plans which incorporate goals and objectives that work towards the company's strategic direction
- Oversee the planning, implementing and evaluating of all organizational activities
- Lead departments' managers to achieve the objectives effectively and efficiently
- Setting plans to improve organizational activities in Production, Marketing, Quality Management, Financial, Human Resource Management, etc…
Work Experience:
Min 15 years in the field of paramedical/medical supplies manufacturing and marketing, including minimum 5 years as an executive manager.
Education:
Relevant university degree, preferably in Engineering, Medical or Pharmaceutical.
Master's Degree would be an advantage.
