We are seeking to hire a Service Advisor to Perform scheduled maintenance, receive and verify customer complaints for additional repairs and maintain a connection between customers and workshop.Your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
* Receiving and greeting customers
* Understanding customer concerns while advising the required service or repair by both road testing and visually checking the vehicles.
* Informing customer about the cost of repair/service or any additional task and attaining their approval.
* Following the prescribed manufacturer's recommendations to advice the scheduled maintenance
* Informing the customers as and when the vehicle is ready to be delivered while ensuring the car delivery on time.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Increasing service centre productivity.
About You
As a Service Advisor, you need to demonstrate the following Skills, Qualities & Knowledge:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Bc sc Mechanical Engineering (preferable Automotive major)
Minimum Experience:
* 0-5 years
