1. Develop operational plans and get them approved by senior management.
2. Do the due diligence to increase profitability and reduce costs.
3. Set up short-, medium- and long-term production plans and submit to the Managing Director (MD) for approval.
4. Coordinate with the MD to implement the production and sales plans and raise the operating efficiency of machinery and equipment and various sections of the factory.
5. Review, verify and improve business results, towards fulfilling company goals.
6. Provide support and develop various cadres of the company, capable of achieving.
7. Supervise and conduct quality-control measures across departments.
8. Penetrate new markets and develop current products.
9. Examine recommendations submitted by production heads in order to enhance factory’s operational excellence.
10. Analyze data and reports submitted to him periodically by department heads.
11. Approve all matters relating to personnel such as leaves, rewards and punishment; and submit to the MD recommendations in order to take the necessary action.
