Develop the projects schedule of activities, set the cost control parameters for the projects and ensure with all concerned parties the execution of projects within these parameters to meet the projects target budget cost on time.
Develop the milestone time schedule required during the bidding & tendering stage. Develop tentative Cash Flow chart for the critical projects.
Participate with the sales, tendering & technical office to evaluate the business opportunities for go/no go decision.
Preparation of Project schedule after contract award.
Preparation of Project operational budget broken down .
Coordinate with the Tendering, estimation & Finance department to establish the project chart of accounts & cost centers
Set-up cost control system & project budget manual .
Lead the project cost control unit for preparation of terminal cost reports upon completion of project & collaborate with finance.
