•Ensure, in coordination with the compensation and benefits section, an attractive company entry pay for the required jobs.
•Plan the yearly recruitment requirements.
•Identify and use different recruitment resources, ensuring targeting the right calibers.
•Implement the initial screening of and interviews for candidates.
•Identify and use mechanism for checking applying candidates status (accepted, rejected or recalled)
•Make selection recommendation for departmental management. Implement employment process.
