Allocates the hospital targets in coordination with the supervisor based on the geographic/ customer list affinity for each. Reviews them regularly and on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed.
Achieves sales targets through a team of supervisors
Sets, implements sales plans for his/her section- tracks, pushes and motivates team, reports & evaluates the progress together with the supervisors and adjusts the plan when needed.
Monitors the revenue on a daily basis.
Builds strong relationships with key decision makers in related hospital departments.
Conducts monthly/ weekly meetings with the entire team.
Conducts regular meetings with the supervisors to assess the performance of the sales specialists ensuring they are meeting their targets.
Conducts several field trips on regular basis with the supervisor or the marketing specialist to different physicians and hospitals to ensure the implementation of the marketing plan, to take market feedback and to evaluate the supervisor or specialist.
Visits all hospital premises on regular basis to provide guidance and support to the local teams.
Creates and ensures the proper utilization of all marketing resources such as brochures, flyers….etc.
Reviews monthly achievement status with section members.
Interviews, hires and develops candidates with a proven track record of Achievement success to build a highly productive team. Ensures low turnover rate in his/her line by consistently rewarding good performers.
Shares & participates in setting annual target.
Plans, manages and controls expenses to maximize return on investment.
