A large global consumer goods manufacturing organization based in Cairo, Egypt are urgently hiring a Factory HR Manager to manage all HR functions in their 3 factories in Shebin ElKoum. The incumbent key focus areas are to be primary source of HR advice and support for factory managers and employees in all HR related matters. You are responsible for organizational development, employee and union relations, training & development, recruitment and work environment. You will need to coordinate and execute the implementation of HR services, policies, programs which contributes to efforts to shape and evolve the business culture. You will be a part of the local factory management team. You will be responsible for factory recruitments as well as creation of job descriptions together with the management according to headcount plan. Ensure optimal and efficient use and optimization of recruitment tools, recruitment channels and process while consulting in selecting the right candidate and negotiating work contract.
