Technical Lead /maintain/ensure the company compliance with standards/controls of PCI-DSS, PCI -CP, ISO 27001 and 9001
Develop and maintain service descriptions, interactive process flows and implement service management principles to develop the Compliance Service.
Provide risk/issue management assistance to the management teams and identify improvement opportunities for a simplified and efficient service.
Facilitate risks and issues reviews ensuring that mitigation activities are identified, planned, managed and closed.
Develop and review audit and control processes to facilitate optimal service performance and operational integrity.
Coordinate the adherence of the department standards, certification and documentation; including Quality, Environmental, Security, H&S and Sector Scheme.
Maintain and coordinate all business processes with the departments, ensuring each process has an identified owner, sponsor, appropriate measurements and regular performance reviews to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Recognize opportunities for process improvement including value added and non-value added steps
Able to create process maps
Identify possible problem areas and define root cause
Nice to have knowledge of CMMI /COBIT/ITIL
Able to convert standard requirements to tasks distributed to teams
Ensure that new processes and procedures designed are complaining with standard requirements.
Manage and respond to security incidents
provide security advices regarding implemented solutions .
Able to conduct security awareness training Apply security standards and policies across the organizations.
Review the implementation of security controls over different domains
Aware of the Risk Assessment methodologies.
