• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Develop and manage a wide portfolio of passive network products (cabinets, cables, patch panels, wall plates, adapters) and enhance the current portfolio
• Overall profit and loss profitability of the product category
• Managing the business relationship with different suppliers and vendors
• Develop Sales forecast for different markets and segments
• Working with the sales team to develop channel strategy and monitoring sales targets with different sales teams in different markets
• Preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at warehouses including liaison with supply chain team to ensure supply timelines
• Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
