• Monitor the implementation of quality assurance system QSB, E- Mark and ensure its effectiveness
• Conduct training for all sections on the needs of applying of quality system
• Monitoring the quality of production to find ways to develop
• supervise all documents control and adjusted if necessary
• Participate in the development of the work plan of the company in the short and long-term follow-up implementation term
• discuss customer complaints in the technical meeting and taking the appropriate decisions to reduce these complaints
• Follow up on the management reports and internal audit reports and discuss at a board meeting
• Follow-up on applying special European quality standards
• Study of new projects and its possibility with the competent departments
• Aware with All ISO requirment specially ISO TS
( automotive industries )
