Typical duties included are but not limited to:
Serve walk-in customers in Aramex retail outlets and provide information and advice to customers
Sell cash shipments as per station cash selling policy
Process and prepare cash shipments for shipping
Manage and meet customer expectations and sustain high satisfactory service level.
Handle & resolve customers’ complaints on the spot.
Communicate with the concerned teams/ operations within Aramex to gather
/ convey the required information.
Maintain proper customer information to identify frequent shippers for available promotions.
