- Contact IT suppliers for basic consumables to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Responsible for backup & high availability file replication across all sites using latest technology trends as part of our contingency plan.
- Installation of new Windows clients as well as client’s replacement schedules to ensure our employees have the latest hardware.
Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for users to ensure smoothness of operations.
- Responsible for WAN connections across various locations to ensure effective communications and minimum business impact in case of major disruption.
- Provide IT training to users and induction to new hires to ensure employees fully utilize their IT resources.
- Manage Virtual environment using VMware.
Maintain and manage access control, time attendance system, wireless Network and IP Phones.
