The Role Responsibilities:
• Implementing standard and procedures
• Monitoring the implementation of rules and regulations
• Monitoring grooming and appearance
• Monitoring schedule and daily, weekly and monthly attendance sheet
• Daily check for compound services ( water,landscape ….)
• Daily check for general cleaning and hygiene
• follow up upon daily maintenance work
• follow up over the daily development work
• follow up over daily preventive maintenance
• follow up over weekly, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance plan
• monitoring security and detecting the potential risk
• monitoring the general system in the compound and detecting any potential hazard
• dealing with the compound residents daily problem and requests
• follow up over housekeeping
• preparing daily report, weekly report and monthly report
