Trade Marketing Assistant jobs

• Execute expenditures from the trade budget. Assist in allocation appropriate spend levels across key retailers to drive overall sales.
• Assist the manager in development, and distribution of customer specific promotional and collateral materials (i.e. point of sale, trade show).
• Follow up with vendors to ensure efficient, affordable availability of POS products and services to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist in Identification of market positioning and competition status by collecting competitor’s benefits, supplies, products status and prices.
• Assist in the Investigation of the retail audit report received from P&G with the Manager in order to identify share rate in the market vs. the previous period; and assist in investigation of the cause of the numbers.
• Execute the annual operating plan with the Sales, Marketing and Finance departments
• Work with Marketing and Supply Chain, responsible for the monthly and annual forecasting of assigned brands.
• Execute pre/post analysis of promotions and assist in developing best practice recommendations that improve trade investment effectiveness.
• Communication, and tracking of target share and volume goals for each critical segment.
• Administer the tracking report required by P&G to identify sales fundamentals.
