TASK:
Act as a key contact for designated business lines for all their HR needs
Work in partnership with the line managers and other parts of specialized HR to deliver agreed HR requirements to customers and provide HR advice/guidance
Lead the Performance Appraisal processes and provide support to the annual pay change process
Develop appropriate recruitment strategies (including internal search for suitable applicants and identifying talent)
Identifies training needs for business units through TNA meetings with line managers.
Reporting and MIS analysis of all cross business initiatives are delivered insightfully for decision making and for quality checking
Follow up on the renewal of staff contracts with line managers based on which the staff performance can be monitored.
Provide ongoing support to the staff team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.
Seek to understand the business strategies, goals and initiatives and to identify both the short and long term HR requirements and priorities
Ensure maintaining\updating Policies & Procedures.
Updating HR Data on HRIS.
Handle all related processes for implementing staff transfers\rotations.
PURPOSE OF JOB :
Support the business on all HR related activities and help business to achieve the planned objectives.
