Report, respond and resolve issues, customer requests and problems;
Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents whenever possible;
Identify and resolve issues and problems whenever possible.
Assure users have the right access to the authorized applications/modules in regular basis.
Perform primarily training to all employees as requested from IT management or user.
Test and debug programs according to detailed requirements.
