Planning Function,
1. Assist in setting the HR department annual plan with the HR Director and the Compensation & Benefits managers ensuring total compliance to the organization strategic objectives.
2. Assist in setting the standards and performance measures (KPIs) for the Capacity Building team, and submits to the HR Director to review and approve. Cascades it down to his direct reports and monitors their timely implementation, ensures the achievement of the set objectives.
3. Assist in preparing the recruitment plan and Capacity Building budget and submits to the HR Director for approval and incorporating it in the department budget
4. Assist in preparing all Capacity Building activities Policies & Procedures Manuals ensuring total compliance by all company employees. Also updates the manuals upon any occurring procedures/regulation change, and ensure comprehensive communication to the concerned parties.
Capacity Building Function:
5. Supervises the recruitment cycle of the organization ensuring on-boarded candidates have successfully passed all interviews and prepares the required analysis reporting the recruitment system efficiency and submits to HR Director for necessary action.
6. Supervises the Performance Management cycle and ensures the consolidation of the performance appraisal forms, conducts analysis and submit to the HR Director with recommendation to incorporate in overall company performance presentation to top management.
7. Prepares the annual training plan and budget including vocational and soft skills training based on the yearly performance Management system outcomes. Ensuring the preparation of the Company’s Competency Model communication plan, in order to be fully instilled and comprehended by current company employees and efficiently introduced to newly hired candidates, in order to ensure a unified corporate culture and company identify.
8. Supervisors HR events activities; recruitment events, training and development programs, and other related special events.
9. Prepares all the necessary data and statistics relating to recruitment, performance and training issues and submits to the HR Director for review and approval
