Stanly Group is looking for a Food, Beverage & Hospitality service Purchasing Specialist to join its team in luxurious and high quality restaurants in Alexandria. The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for the sourcing and procurement of items for needed production and restaurant supplies. Works closely with accounting and purchasing departments to ensure production supplies are available and inventories are maintained as needed. Job duties include, but not limited to the following:
• Purchasing and procurement of food, beverage and other restaurants supplies like (Tables, furniture, Kitchen tools and etc.)
• Verifying accuracy of documents and confirming delivery schedule
• Work with Warehouse to ensure having proper and accurate inventory and maintain minimum stocks using FIFO system
• Work closely with scheduler to make sure ingredients and supplies are available for production
• Continuously search and identify best suppliers in terms of quality, price and commitment
