1- provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
2- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
3- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

4- Develop and maintain a filing system

5- schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
