CRAVE Area manager is responsible for the overall as the use of Support Center initiatives and resources, Identifies and diagnoses management two or three restaurants to ensure excellence in restaurant operations, beyond the ordinary guest satisfaction and financial results by finding differences of the brand and work to resolve them with the team through coaching and guidance .
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible to achieve area restaurants budget.
Facilitates and promote performances.
Problems and coaches others to help solve them.
Encourages and rewards the restaurant team to “think out of the box” and take calculated risks.
Makes decisions with conviction and learns from mistakes.
Ensures that restaurants meets the company average customer service score from the Mystery shopper.
Insure the consistently delivers a high level of service and hospitality to our customers.
Seeks and receives customer feedback and build a big and strong public relations.
Maintains an active presence throughout the operations.
attracts, retains and develop a superior team - Assistant Managers to develop and fulfill all vacancies titles from inside or outside the team.
Shows commitment to training at all levels - creates a teaching and learning culture.
Creates an environment of trust and credibility.
Constantly improves the quality of work life by using fair and consistent treatment. and provides equal growth opportunities for all managers and team members.
Uses systematic methods and procedures to accomplish sales and profit goals for all restaurants under his supervision.
Conducts a regularly visit to maintain standard and consistently meet or exceed SGS score.
Ensures that the restaurants are maintained according to Company standard.
Effectively utilizes visual merchandising to drive the restaurants sales.
Determines the quantitative and specific areas of business opportunities in all elements (people, customers, and the company)
Ensures that forecasts and budgets are accurate to lead the restaurants under his supervision meets and exceeds budgeted goals.
Understands the drivers of our restaurants business and also of our competitors.
Adheres to Company policies and procedures and ensure the team commitment.
