Organize and control area sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and those they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Coordinate with the Secretary Team and Assign tasks to the sales team
• Recommend sales rep. to attend the inside and outside fairs according to the work flow and appraisal
2. Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives.
• Co-ordinate with the IT team to make sure that all facilities are available
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing team to make sure that the presentations,Emails are updated
3. Monitor the performance of sales staff and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Analyze the daily report
• Make sure that they follow the script in the outbound calls
• Make sure that that they present the company projects in appropriate way through observation
• Montour the attendance and leaves
• Observe the dress code (will be set)
• Make sure that the sales rep follow the KPI’s (Key performance indicators )
4. Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Control Transportations Expenditures
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized in the area.

6. Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
• Make sure that the Available for selling sheet is updated
• Be informed from the marketing team with and updates
• Make sure that the price list is updated
7. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position
• Build relations with other companies sales rep
