The range of properties administered and leased in the UAE includes warehouses, showrooms, workshops, offices, villas and apartment buildings. Al Futtaim's warehousing complex at Rashidia in Dubai, measuring over one million square feet, is by far the largest owned by any company in the Gulf. This is used as a central warehouse for the group, stocking vast quantities of electronic goods, automobiles, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment and inventories of spare parts. The company also has some 200,000 square feet of showroom space and 600,000 square feet of workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. Among the largest of these are the showrooms of Al Futtaim Panatech and Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai. About the Vacancy
* Responsible for developing an in depth understanding of the retail center,
* Ensure that the customer service desks are adequately stocked with mall collaterals such as current and updated mall directory,
* Efficiently manage the customer service desk and handle customer issues, queries, problems, in a professional and courteous manner so as to achieve service standards and enhance visitor experience to the mall.
* Responsible for promoting ongoing promotions and giving enough information about it to the customer and encourage enrolment of the shoppers.
* Coordinate with other service within the mall, such as mall operations, facilities management or security with respect to any issues relevant to these areas
* Follow up with the customer service assistants to maintain the coverage of the customer service desk with the objective of meeting customer expectations related to service or information required and reporting any problems to customer service supervisor or customer service manager
* support management initiatives such as collection of information related to customer feedback related to any promotion/ marketing activity or surveys through distribution of questionnaires or hand outs etc
* Responsible for proactively resolving customer complaints/ issues within the delegated level of authority
* Follow up with the customer service assistants on the complaints received
