Answering Phone calls
Making outgoing and incoming calls to all departments
Welcoming visitors and customers
Working as liaison between all departments
Sending and receiving emails
Sending and receiving faxes
Recording Tasks & Customers problems
Transfer problems for development to the programmer and vice versa
Data entry to daily tasks from technical supports and programmers
Responsible for attendance sheet
Daily reports
Dealing directly with all managers departments and CEO
Preferably nearly residence to Nasr City
