• Install and build Servers for testing, development and production environments (Windows Platform Related) with its documentations.
• Identifies and resolves technical issues with team members and customers.
• Provide on-site and remote support to operations maintenance teams.
• Managing and monitoring the performance and scheduled tasks on existing environments to keep up the Infrastructure environment as per Company standards and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain IT related standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide periodic system status reports to the department management.
• Assists in verifying customer requirements, researches and makes recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives.
• Assisting with the design, implementation and deployment of solutions with an emphasis on foundational infrastructure technologies i.e. operating systems networking (layer 2 and layer3) compute and storage platforms.
• Plan, coordinate and implement security measures and backup strategy to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
• Plan, design, implement, and continuously improve disaster recovery procedures for IT systems and domain services.
• Work as a part of team to coordinate day to day activities.
• Manage and resolve Support Requests logged by customers (internal and external) and contribute to proactive support.
• Revise and follow company Standards to be always ready for audits.
• Build, Review and Update Company Workflows “Process Maps” with all needed changes. (Process Automation Related)
• Performance of any job-related tasks assigned by direct manager / supervisor.
• In addition to these duties and responsibilities, others may be assigned.
• May be required to work off-hours, weekend & holidays as needed
