- In line with company's strategy, develop the beauty training strategy and tools needed to support the Field team in the target achievement
- Develop the necessary content for the online and offline materials and tools that will facilitate and enhance Beauty knowledge experience for our Field team
- Train and Coach on all related beauty knowledge topics to the New Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Leaders (SLs)
- Partner with Marketing, Communication, Regulatory Affairs in all beauty related activities, internal and external, meant to strengthen Avon's Beauty image in the market.
